Alan’s passion for spreading the message of the Gospel led him to begin full-time evangelism in Greenwood, IN, where he worked alongside Dale Smelser. Alan gained valuable experience in preaching and outreach, honing his skills as a communicator and leader. His work in Greenwood laid the foundation for his continued growth as a minister and helped him to develop a deeper understanding of the needs of the church and community.

In 1995, Alan began his international ministry journey by preaching in Budapest, Hungary for 2 years. He then returned to the United States and for the last 20 years, he has been working with college students in Indiana and Tennessee, helping them to grow in their faith and develop a deeper relationship with God while preaching full-time.

As a preacher, Alan is known for his ability to connect with people and build relationships. He is a gifted communicator, and his sermons are both thought-provoking and inspiring. He is committed to helping people grow in their faith and develop a deeper relationship with God.

Alan is excited to join the Marion Street Church of Christ and looks forward to working with the congregation to build a strong and vibrant community. He is dedicated to spreading the love of Christ and making a positive impact on the lives of those he serves.
